Expectations
- select participants from their church to participate in the exchange program
- support the participants during their application process
- assist to cover finances for passport, visa and necessary travel inside the home country
- assist to cover expenses of exchange as is possible
- find a mentor, who will support the applicant before, during and after service
- be willing to learn as a church from this exchange
