Expectations
- be aged 18 to 30
- be single
- be committed to follow Christ
- be active members of an a church
- be supported by their church to go into a one year exchange
- be willing to adapt to different culture and social environment
- be willing to live a lifestyle based on biblical teaching
- identify with the local host church and participate in their life, activity and community
- be willing to return to their home church after one year and share their experiences
- are able to communicate well in either English, Spanish or French
