The MCC Washington Office will be sending two staff members
to join the MCC delegation for the Migrant Trail from May 23-June
2, 2008. Our hope is to put a human face to migration in the
borderlands, connecting the migrant plight with churches, communities
and Congress. We hope our participation in the Migrant Trail
will allow us to bring back messages to Congress, and encourage
constituents to participate in future walks. We'll also explore
issues of faith and policy on the trail, and post our journals
on the new office blog.
