A Listening Project: Taking Victims and Advocates Seriously
Restorative justice promises to be good news to victims. But is it keeping this promise? This reports details the the activities and outcomes from a Listening Project which came out of a commitment to listen to how victims service and advocacy organizations are experiencing restorative justice approaches, including their hopes and concerns. The Listening Project was carried out by teams of restorative justice and victim community practitioners in seven states during 1999-2000.
