Though participants are responsible for acquiring their own training materials, MCC was able to receive discounted pre-print/bulk prices on this years resources and wanted to pass those savings on to participants.

Due to the upcoming release of the updated 2008 edition this October, MCC was offered a bundle package which includes the 2006 edition of the Guide for Immigration Advocates in electronic form, to be mailed to participants in preparation for the training, as well as a copy of the 2008 print edition, to be mailed after it's planned print date in October, 2008 for a greatly discounted price of $185.

Lodging will be provided at the Welcoming Place, a conference and meeting center at MCC. The Welcoming Place consists of four houses, each with 11 rooms. Hotel style rooms boast a private bath for each room and a common living area.

MCC Vehicles can assist with transport to and from The Harrisburg International Airport and The Philadelphia Airport at designated times.
This service is only available if your flight arrives between 6:00pm and 9:00pm on Monday, September 8, 2008, and departs between 8:00am and 11:00am on Sunday, September 14, 2008. If your flight does not fall between these times, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. Please contact Jared Hankee with details regarding your flight schedule.

Because of our limited availability of transportation to and from the airport you may want to consider renting a car.
If you need to cancel your participation in the training please do so by August 25, 2008 to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests received by this date will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after that date.
