Team Building Kit

A package of resources for Damascus Road antiracism teams that will help them review the key points of the analysis, apply the analysis to their institution, research their institution's history and structures, and build trust and cohesion within the team. Teams preparing to attend the Organizing Training are especially encouraged to use this resource.

 

Consultation

Anti-Racism Program staff, trainers, organizers and chaplains are available for consultation.

 

Networking

More than 1800 individuals and 60 teams have participated in Damascus Road workshops. We can connect you to those in your geographical area or institutional area (congregations, colleges, etc.). A growing network of white antiracists has regular small group phone conferences which all white people in the DR network are invited to join.
