Isom Presbyterian and its sister church, Doermann Memorial, have been hosting SWAP for the last eight years. Both participate as partners in the ministry although Isom Presbyterian church is where volunteers stay. . Isom Presbyterian is located in Isom, KY, a small, quiet, close-knit community.
