They love the booksTanzania The teachers have started giving me time in each of the classrooms to give an English lesson, so I'm going to try to make these lessons a little more stimulating and fun. I've also bought some Swahili picture books, and along with the English ones I've brought, these provide something to do for the children who are finished their work. They love the books; some of them may not have ever really looked at a book before; the school certainly doesn't have any and the children come from very poor families. |
