ResourcesRelief Sale organizers can use the following resources to promote local relief sales. Use the low resolution PDF documents for viewing, and the high resolution PDF documents for printing at your local print center. The resources can be printed out, and your sale information added. Consider the following ways to use the resources and come up with your own:
Relief Sale Legal Handbook - United States (PDF)A guide to legal issues in the scope of the Relief Sale Organization Structure. Banner Template (PDF)This is a picture of an 8 ft. x 14 ft. banner. To request the template on disk that can then be taken to a printer, contact the Relief Sale Coordinator. PostersConsider placing these all over the grounds where the sale is happening. They tell at a glance what MCC is all about. Put them on doors, on booths and even in bathrooms! Information CardsUse as two sided cards. Print your sale information and the dates for the coming year. They can be handed to everyone who gets a bidder card, placed on every chair and stuffed in every bag. They are also perfect for leaving at stores in your area. You can print just the front side on heavy card paper then put the dates of the sale on the back and mail them to supporters and churches. Counter top flyersThese can be placed at every booth. Each one can be printed with your information and the specific booth information and place at every booth. You can also print them up and use them as posters for placing at local shops, businesses and other locations.
