- Set up a store where the children can actually "buy" the items that are needed for school kits, health kits or the many other kits available. Pack the kits and place them in a barrel. Items may also be available to pack into bags without purchase (see School Kit Packing).
- Create a "think and do" area where the children can think about an item that will go into the kit and how it is needed in the countries where they are sent prior to packing the kit.
