MCC supports Faith Alive Clinic, an HIV/AIDS clinic in Jos that provides in-patient and out-patient care and HIV/AIDS prevention education.

MCC also funds HIV/AIDS prevention education through a Muslim women's organization and the Fellowship of Christian Students in the Jos area.

With Global Family sponsorships, MCC supports two primary schools in Garram and Ibianga and provides scholarships for orphans in Jos. MCC also supports the Plateau School for the Deaf in Jos.

MCC supports literacy education and business training for low-income women in Jos through a Christian partner organization.

MCC also supports public education in nonviolent conflict resolution through the Fellowship of Churches in Northern Nigeria (TEKAN) and other partner organizations.
