New Wine/New Wineskins: Reshaping MCC for the 21st Century is a process to engage all MCC stakeholders in discerning God's direction by creating a common vision and revised structure for MCC.  The process will incorporate the voices and best ideas of the entire MCC community around the globe.  Its purpose is to unify MCC and increase its capacity for meaningful impact around the world.

New Wineskins is a reshaping process focused on consultation with constituents and mission partners, an MCC guiding principle in its mission over the past 88 years.  The work is scheduled for completion by June 2009.
