Quilt exhibit registration

Canadian Mennonite University, 500 Shaftesbury Blvd., Winnipeg. Held in conjunction with the Winnipeg MCC Festival and Relief Sale.

Deadline: June 1, 2008

One item per registration; up to three items per quilter. Due to space limitations only one full-sized quilt and two smaller items per quilter will be accepted.

Items can be dropped off on Tuesday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 11, 2:00-6:00 pm at Canadian Mennonite University, 500 Shaftesbury Blvd., Winnipeg. Please look for signage to direct you to the drop off point.

As the exhibitor, I will accept full responsibility for my item(s). The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.

I wish to sell the quilt and agree to donate 10% of the proceeds to MCC.

Drop-off and pick-up

Items can be dropped off Tuesday or Wednesday, June 10 & 11, 2:00 – 6:00 pm at 500 Shaftesbury Blvd (Canadian Mennonite University).

I also agree to pick up my quilt between 4:30 – 5:00 pm (no earlier) on Sunday, June 15.

I cannot pick up my quilt, but will have pick it up on my behalf.
