Neighbor with neighbor, Haiti rebuilds Emmanuel Michel has spent the weeks since the earthquake helping his neighbors build shelters in Nerettes, a neighborhood on the edge of Port-Au-Prince. Using scrap wood and metal and tarps donated by MCC, Michel hasn’t charged any money for his labor because he believes that "everybody has a job to do and God will bless you for blessing others."
