Ana Maria Rodriguez, who is HIV positive, stands with 4 of her six daughters in the tiny enclosed area in front of their house. The daughters pictured are Carla de Jesus (10), Reina Esperanza (6), Elizabeth (9), and Ana Luz (8) and all are HIV positive. The family receives support from the New Dawn Association in El Salvador.
