At age 16, Moureen Ampairwe, right, is responsible for her younger siblings, Godfrey, 12, and Robinah, 15, who are looking through a family photo album in their home in Kampala. The children whose parents died of AIDS attend monthly meetings of the Mengo Hospital club for children affected by HIV/AIDS. They learn life skills, receive medical attention, get a warm meal and play soccer.
