Tsunami survivor Rusli uses a power angle-grinder with wood-saw blade to construct a fishing boat. The buzz of saws represents the sound of recovery in the Indonesian village of Blang Glumpang, near the city of Lhokseumawe. MCC partner organization YEU (Yakkum Emergency Unit) sponsors the boat-building project, providing employment and income to men who lost their fishing craft to the wave.
