Mennonite Central Committee East Coast's work in Puerto Rico is linked to the Anabaptist congregations on the island, mainly through the Convención de Iglesias Evangélicas Menonitas de Puerto Rico and the Misión del Caribe conferences. Most of MCC East Coast's work involves collaborating with churches in the areas of peace and justice issues, youth leadership development and the material resources activity center. Presently, there are persons participating as Summer Service Workers and Church Community Workers. We are also connecting with the Missions Committee of the Convención, providing support to their efforts.
