Trainer Recruitment
An Anabaptist antiracism training and skill development program
April 2008
During the life of the Damascus Road Core Trainer Team, there are at times transitions and other needs that spur us to recruit new trainers. We are experiencing one of those times. One of our goals is to maintain a diversity of racial/ethnic groups, genders, and ages on our team. To that end, we encourage white women, African American men, Latina women, and anyone of other racial identities to apply. And of all these, young people (under 30) are particularly encouraged to apply.
