WALs & LTs
Work and Learn Teams & Learning Tours:
Work & Learn (WAL) Teams & Learning Tours (LT) Two or three week trips to visit and learn about MCC work and partners in other countries. Focus is on solidarity and mutual transformation through connecting with and learning about another culture and community. WAL Teams also contribute funds, time and labor toward a specific work project with MCC partners.

YAMEN!
Young Anabaptist Mennonite Exchange Network:
a joint program of MCC and Mennonite World Conference that provides a one-year service opportunity to young adults, ages 18 to 30 years, selected primarily from countries outside of the United States and Canada to live and serve in another country outside of the United States or Canada. YAMEN! places emphasis on expanding the fellowship between churches in the Anabaptist tradition.

The Seed Program:
The Seed Program- a 2 year program that brings a global group of young adults together for the purpose of service, education, and advocacy. Program participants will work alongside of MCC churches and partners who are working for peace and justice in the midst of complex situations. They will study as a group the intersection of their histories, economics, theology, and lifestyles. As they serve and learn they will then work to effectively communicate this connected relationship to their communities, and invite their communities in practical ways to also work towards more just, responsible, and equitable global relationships. This program is open to young adults between the ages of 20-30.

International Internships:
Throughout each year MCC provides 7-8 internship opportunities for Anabaptist students or students who attend Brethren in Christ or Mennonite Colleges.
