Erwin Cornelsen and his friend were back again to share their handiwork at the wood craft booth. A special highlight this year was this beautiful hand-carved chess set.

This beautiful loaf of bread was donated by Cottage Bakery and was one of two symbolic loaves of bread auctioned off at the festival. In total, the loaves of bread raised nearly $200,000!

Because this year's festival focused on MCC's Peace projects, a symbolic Peace Candle was auctioned. It sold for $10,000.

Fraserway RV in Abbotsford donated a beautiful RV for this year's auction.

Parents and children enjoyed all the action at the Children's area which included an auction, bouncy castles, mini golf, face painting, hockey shoot, and more.

Tacos! Tacos! Tacos!

One of the most popular food booths at the Festival is the Vereniki booth - cottage cheese filled perogies served with farmer sausage and a cream sauce. The line up stretched for nearly a block!

Jake and Louise Dyck and their family were one of the first in the Vereniki line up. Over 25,000 vereniki are sold each year! Grandson Brett opted for pizza.
