About Jordan

Jordan has a low HIV prevalence rate, and the government is working with civil society groups to ensure that remains the case. Education aimed at youth is one of the keys to stopping new infections.

 

MCC Supports:

Caritas Jordan

While Jordan has a low HIV prevalence rate, the risk of a rise in HIV infections in the region is a reality. Through a partnership with Caritas Jordan, a Catholic organization that operates nationally, MCC provides important AIDS information to youth through a school-based education program.

If contributions to a project exceed the amount needed, MCC will use the donations to support similar projects.
