Definitions
Sexual Harassment is any unwanted and unwelcome behavior of a sexual or gender-specific nature that interferes with a person's ability to work, get an education, or do a ministry.
Three important elements are:
- The behavior is unwelcome or unwanted
- It is of a sexual nature or is gender directed
- The impact of the behaviour interferes with the ability for someone to do a job, receive an education, or to do a ministry.
